TARGET-SPECIFIC ASSAYS

Gene Expression Analysis Service

We offer both qPCR and dPCR technologies for precise gene expression analysis to meet your research need. Our services also include high-quality RNA and DNA isolation from cells and tissue samples.

Real-Time PCR (qPCR/RT-qPCR) Service

Our qPCR services support various applications in the drug discovery and development process including:

  • Coupling high-throughput transfection of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) in cells for screening of ASOs that effectively modulate gene expression.

  • Determining pharmacodynamic parameters of therapeutics that affect the expression of specific genes.

The QuantStudio 6 Pro Real-Time PCR System supports relative quantification assays, multiplex assays, and high-throughput projects.

Digital PCR (dPCR) Service

Digital PCR system enables absolute quantification of nucleic acid with out the need for standard curve with exceptional precision and sensitivity ideal for application in

  • Cell and Gene Therapy - measure common viral titer backbone, residual DNA

  • Gene Editing Verification

  • Copy Number Variation

  • Rare Mutation Detection

  • Quantification of Low-Abundant Transcripts

Protein Expression Analysis Service

We offer three methods for protein analysis:

  • ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) - high-throughput method for quantifying protein in cells, tissue samples or biofluids.

  • MSD (Meso Scale Discovery) - Enable simultaneous detection of multiple analytes in a single sample, combining sensitivity with extensive dynamic range. Ideal for biomarker discovery, pathway analysis, and high-throughput screening.

  • Western Blot - Allows for the detection and characterization of specific proteins in biological samples. Our western blot services offer both qualitative and quantitative measurements to assess modulation of protein expression.

For cell samples, we also offer nuclear and cytoplasmic fractionation services to examine protein translocation dynamics. This approach is ideal for studying the localization of protein such as TDP-43, providing insight into cellular processes and disease mechanisms.

  • We can onboard your protocol and perform thorough validation before executing the analysis

  • We’ll work with you to design and develop an assay specifically for your project
